Monday 2nd March – The Divine Blueprint for Family
Key Text: Genesis 1:26-28, 2:18–25
Family was not man’s invention — it was God’s design.
Prayer Focus:
- Re-aligning our families with God’s original intention.
- Repentance for cultural distortions.
- Praying for true unity in the family
- Restoring covenant thinking in marriage and parenting.
Pray that we build our families according to God’s design
Tuesday 3rd March – Healing the Wounds Within the Family
Key Text: Psalm 147:3
Every family has scars. But there is healing for every wound.
Prayer Focus:
- Healing of emotional wounds between spouses.
- Reconciliation from estrangement between parents and children.
- Comfort for every pain and hurt.
- Binding up every broken place or heart.
Pray for forgiveness, humility, and reconciliation.
Wednesday 4th March – Breaking Generational Strongholds
Key Text: Exodus 20:5–6
Some battles didn’t start with us, but must end with us.
Prayer Focus:
- Break all ungodly patterns of anger, addiction, fear, and divorce.
- Declaring new spiritual inheritance in Christ.
- Renouncing ungodly family cycles and establishing true freedom.
Declare: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)
Thursday 5th March – Christ at the Centre of the Home
Key Text: Joshua 24:15, Colossians 1:17,18
A Christless home is like a body without breath.
Prayer Focus:
- Restoring family altars (daily prayer and Scripture).
- Spiritual leadership in the home.
- Establishing the Lordship of Christ (the Word) in the home
Decree that Christ would be the true head and centre of our homes
Friday 6th March – The Power of Forgiveness in the Family
Key Text: Colossians 3:13
Forgiveness is the oil that keeps the engine of family from burning out.
Prayer Focus:
- Releasing bitterness.
- Healing silent resentment.
- Letting go of old arguments.
Pray that true forgiveness flows and brings healing in our families
Saturday 7th March – Strengthening Marriages & Parenting with Wisdom
Key Text: Ephesians 5:22–6:4
Families rise or fall on leadership and nurture.
Prayer Focus:
- Husbands to love sacrificially.
- Wives to flourish in strength and grace.
- Parents to raise children in the instruction of the Lord.
Pray for wisdom in discipline, communication, and modelling faith.
Sunday 8th March – A Legacy That Outlives Us
Key Text: 2 Timothy 1:5
Paul speaks of faith passed from grandmother to mother to son. This is legacy faith.
Prayer Focus:
- Spiritual inheritance.
- Raising world-changers.
- Becoming a testimony to the community.
